Yay, overweight! (pics)

Hard to believe that people celebrate being "overweight" But, when you've been "obese" for so long, overweight feels great!

Stats:
41
5'6"
231 start weight (I didn't start pics until I had lost about 20 lbs)
179 current weight

These show a 3 month, 30 pound difference. I still have 30 to go. I'm confident I can reach goal by Spring.

    You are looking awesome. I think you look super fit. I would not guess you weigh as much as the scale says you do. There is definately some muscle there. WAY TO GO

    You're doing awesome! I look roughly about the same as your after right now too, I'm almost into the "fair" category on my trainer's bf% chart LOL Can't wait!

    I love to see the change in posture - in your before pictures, your shoulders were drooping down and forward. In the after, you were standing taller and with an air of pride.
