guys Im 26 years old, 6 foot 1 and about 320 lbs. I am doing regular exercise every day but i cannot control my weight, help me..

    Whilst MFP is a great tool, don't forget that the real work happens out there in the real world - however, make sure each day to keep track of caloric intake! You would be surprised how quickly it can add up if its not the right foods...
    I would try to also build a support network with a few people on her to ya' know, give you a boost up! :drinker: Do research on multiple sites as the best information is actually a combination of all sorts. Also, the going will get tough but hey...stick in there!
    For us to be able to help you better, what type of exercises are doing? It varies person to person so these sort of details will help out a bit in terms of tips and tricks! :) And are you keeping within 1200 calories?
