cold weather...demotivator?

So, I have been using mfp since the beginning of august and have lost 20lbs (yay!) but now that the weather is getting colder I am finding it harder and harder to get myself out the door to go to the gym. I was previously walking or jogging outside.

My question is, what do you guys do to get yourself motivated to go out? Or even, what do you do at home? I live on the top floor of my apartment building so I cant exactly jump around considering my neighbors :)

I don't want to slip up! I've been doing so well and still have a long way to go.

    How many flights? You can walk up and down the stairs a few times. Personally I have increased my walking pace substantially in the cold. I guess I am just trying to stay warm. :-)

    If you dress right you can still exercise outside. That said, I don't walk or run outside if it's below freezing....I just can't. But anything above that and I just bundle up. Try it, you might find that you like it.

    I am on the third floor. I go up and down them a lot though :P

    Nothing changes for me in the winter except that the walk to the gym requires more clothes. My goals are the same no matter what season it is. Motivation or not, exercising is a part of my life, whether I want to go or not. Plus, I love winter!
