Lipozene

Has anyone used this supplement/weight loss aid? I am interested in trying something for a kick start.

Lipozene is fibre. Well, specifically, the major ingredient is konjac root -- but it's really just another form of fibre. You'd get the same result (if you got any result) going to Walmart and buying a fibre supplement.

In any case...weight loss doesn't need a "kick start". It just needs a start, and you don't need any kind of supplement or aid for that.

Next time you see an ad for this, read the fine print at the bottom of the screen. I think it says something like "average weight loss .8 lbs." or some ridiculously low amount. A waste of money IMO.

All it does is make you poop. A LOT.

Something tells me that I am fat because I eat too much, not because I don't poop enough.

Personally, I prefer stimulants, like ephedra.

Thanks. Just wondering as it has all kinds of studies and FDA "stuff". I like the go to walmart and buy fibre comment. I will do that I think. With my meds I need some assistance and this is better than another drug.

    Thanks for the comments

You can get the same effect if you increase fiber intake to 30-50g's a day. I believe recommend amount is around 40gs. So just eat more veggies. If that doesn't work, then add the fiber pill.
