Freeze Dried Fruit

At costco this weekend I picked up a box of the kirkland freeze dried fruit. Each box has three different flavors in individual snack bags - Apple, apple and cinnamon and bananas/strawberries. The apples bags are 35 cals each and the strawberry/banana bags are 40 cals each. The only other ingredient other than the fruit (and cinamon) is citric acid. I know a real piece of fruit is better as you get all the natural juices but these are awesome and crunchy and are a great add on to a snack like yogurt. Highly recommend!

I like adding them to my oatmeal also. They are good to use in the winter when fresh fruit isn't.0
