    Hi, I'm 8 years off 80 and am doing things now that I never dreamed I would be able to do.. Just managed to complete (slowly) the Great South Run on the flat in Portsmouth, UK, mainly walking but some jogging, and when my DiL did it 3 years ago I vowed that I would never attempt such a mad thing!! But the challenge of doing it was the only thing to keep me getting out and exercising!!

    And every day that goes by, and every pound that comes off, I know I am adding to the time I have left to enjoy my children and grandchildren, and maybe even see a great grandchild before I pop my clogs!!

    So life is good!! It is never too late to break the bad old eating habits and learn a new way of living!
