TDEE Calculator help

Options
Could someone please help me out here. I just used the TDEE calculator iifym.com. I put in excercise 4x week which is an accurate average for me. The calculator does not ask for how many calories burned (i use a hr monitor and usually burn about 350 cals per workout)

The calculator says:
Your BMR is: 1406 Calories/Day
Your TDEE is: 1995 Calories/Day

does this mean 1406 is my target cals for weightloss and i DO NOT eat back workout calories?

I am 5'5 currently 153 lbs with an ultimate goal weight of 140lbs.

Appreciate any insight into this, thanks in advance.

It means anything under your TDEE will result in weight loss.
A 10% cut from TDEE would be sensible as you don't have much more weight to lose, any more of a reduction and you may well feel really restricted.
Transition to maintenance will be much easier if you take the last few pounds loss slowly.

With the TDEE minus a percentage method you don't eat back exercise calories as you have already factored them in when calculating your TDEE.

You eat 1800 calories every day, and do not eat exercise calories back.
