Is tea okay?

I wake up every morning and drink one or two glasses of tea with a tbsp of honey. Is that okay? Im hoping so since i love it but just not sure!?

    i am pretty sure tea doesnt have any calories. I would assume its ok as long as you dont add in a ton of stuff. :-)

    I can't live without my tea! I choose lower caffeine varieties like White Tea and then the herbal infusions. My big splurge days include PG tips!

    I put very little honey in my teas and only when I am craving something sweet. A full tablespoon sounds like a lot.

    I drink 4-8 cups per day.

    No calories, just yummy.

    I drink 1-2 cups od green tea in the morning. Brew it yourself with tea bags
  • Tea is great! Steep it yourself and don't add tons of cream and sugar.

    I drink tea all day long... but I do not use any honey. If you are looking for somewhere to cut out some extra calories you should try different flavored teas instead. Personally I like green tea

    I love my tea. I buy loose leaf tea at upton tea out on the internet. Never knew tea tasted so good compared to the bag variety and dont have to add anything to it. Awesome stuff and I figure its gotta be better for me than coffee

    I also drink tea all day every day. The first thing thst goes into my food diary every day is 3/4 of a cup of milk which I add to my cups of tea thoughout the day. I'm very glad I don't take sugar though, I don't think I could afford all the extra cals for that!
