Hello MFPs!

I began my MFP journey in November 2011, lost 70lbs and graduated grad school with a masters in social work. Well 2 months or so before graduation (March 2013) I lost my motivation and gained back 30lbs. 10 days ago I saw the scale and I was 285lbs 15lbs away from 300lbs a # I never ever wanted to see again. So, I bought a FitBit and found my motivation again. I am looking for friends so we can motivated each other and share food diaries for food ideas. Please feel free to Add me!

    I just started again with a dietician to assist with carbs and diabetes type 2. Iam walking on treadmill 3 times a day for 30 minutes. Finding it easier to read something while iam walking
