Forgot breakfast

I forgot to eat breakfast today..:( As long as I ate my calories for the day..I'm fine right?

    I skip breakfast every day. Total calories at the end of the day is what counts.

    I usually skip breakfast. I like to have calories to play with later in the day.

    Yes. I never eat breakfast and rarely eat lunch, and I'm fine. Just make sure you get the calories you need.

    If I skipped breakfast, I would go crazy. My body needs fuel after sleeping 5-6 hours.

    Usually they say it's bad to skip breakfast. I could never do it. It's supposed to be the most important meal. And if I don't eat something, I never have energy for the day to get going, haha.
