Hello! :)

Hi guys,
After many years of struggling i changed my life, had big wheight loss, about 45kg
Now im staying in good shape and trying to get it even better
My new goal is to get over 10kg of mass till march and then do little reduction time to
lose all the fat and maintain grate shape :)
Would love to get some friend's who, like me love to workout and train hard every day :)
