You're favorite t-shirt sayings

Looking for something to put on some middle school t-shirts for my pre-season track & field kids. I figure they're putting in 2.5 months more than the regular season kids, they should get something extra. (and considering 1/2 didn't show on Friday because they were so stiff, they should get something for making it through my training).

Welcome!

Since I didn't really get a response I went with "The body achieves what the mind believes". It barely won over "You are the biggest obstacle to your success. Train hard even when no one's watching."

My favourite training shirt slogan was "Beer - the breakfast of champions".

All time favourite (as worn by a huge and scary looking Hells Angel) was "Dip me in honey and throw me to the lesbians".

This was the saying on one of my team t-shirts in high school:

"Success is not a result of spontaneous combustion. You must set yourself on fire."

I like this one, too. Some of the others are great but not for my kids...

Yeah, not going with this one (not even for my HS kids) - but thanks for the suggestions.

My husband made one that says "Soylent Green Is People" with a few little people dancing around in a circle. I love that one. He also made a Portal one with the cake and it repeats "The cake is a lie . . . ." all the way down. He made a lot of tees in class. But those particular ones are my favorites.

Wow! Interesting ideas but my middle school and high school kids can't wear a lot of these sayings at school. Thanks for the suggestions, though. If I get together an all adults running club maybe we'll do one =)
