It seems like the older i get the more i understand about lifting, and with the injuries that i've overcome, the way i workout and the bodyparts that i enjoy training the most have changed. I use to be one of those guys that LOVEDDDDD training chest, but once i had a impingement in my shoulder...that all changed!!! Over the last few years i've fallen in love with training back.....i can pound my back for hours and the pump i get is crazy!!!! plus i've learned that you should want to be stronger in your pulling movements in comparison to your pushing movements anyway. My blast my back so much that i don't even work biceps directly anymore.
What is your favorite bodypart to train?

I'd have to second you on the back I usually have two days a week were I focus on my back. And second would be legs... Its a love hate relationship... But I know how GREAT they are for your overall success so I convince myself I love doing them0

Legs (love/hate) and Shoulders are my favorite... I used to HATE working back but I've grown to like it much more.0

I love running, and I love doing squats.0

Legs are my favorite, then shoulders. Shoulders used to be my least favorite, but since I have improved form on OHP and increased weight, they make me feel like a beastess. :laugh:0

Shoulders, by far. I love ohp.0

Back followed by legs. Nothing feels as rewarding/good/god awful/fking terrible as legs the day after.0

When I was younger it was my arms I loved to show off my guns. Now it's my legs mainly my thighs they need the most work.0

Glutes.
Wait, is this on my body, or someone else?0 -
I'm with you man! I luv working my back!!! It's my best feature. I luv watching my self do bent over rows. Pull-ups/chin-ups feel so damn good and powerful...even though few per set right now. BB rows, rack-pulls, deads, cable pull-downs/rows... and shoulders, too.
I luv working everything thing out, but I do luv my back days lately :drinker:0 -
Hate training legs & triceps, love training chest & shoulders.0

I love training legs. I don't have a least favorite part to train, but do get frustrated by the fact that due to the specific damage in my shoulders, can only push hard on one of chest, back or shoulders at any given time.0

Triceps!0

Used to love chest (pressing) but fell in love with squats.0

Mine has definitely changed. I was all about working my shoulders back in the day; now I just love legs in general. Glutes specifically (glute bridges in particular are my fav thing to do).0

I started off loving legs day, then it switched to back, suddenly it changed to chest day and now im all about the back again!!
the heavier and heavier im getting with my legs the less im enjoying it, but its SOOOOO worth the results!0 -
Legs (still feelin' Wednesday's leg workout!)
Back
Triceps
Shoulders
Chest0 -
Back and shoulders. Mmm, I love it when you feel that BURN the next day. Seriously one of my favorite sensations.
Legs... The burn kind of brings out the masochism in me. For some reason the day after leg day I always feel the need to stand up and sit down a lot, and then go on stairs.0 -
Definitely the arms (shoulders, biceps, & triceps). Love training the "guns".0
-
Shoulders/traps. I like it due mostly to the ego-boost I get when I catch people mirin' during heavy-*kitten* shrugs and dumbbell snatches (those scare the bejeezus out of the older regular YMCA-goers).0

Shoulders & Back to seem to be my favorite at the moment!0
-
My arms, they are the only place where I seem to yield visible results.0

Legs0

I would definitely say it is Back. I tend to pull a lot more than push so the combination of doing more weight and the pump that comes with it is great.0
