An MFP friend shared this link today. It made a lot of sense to me. And it shows once more, a lot of what many think is true, might not be

For those that hate slideshows as much as I do:

    1. Skip breakfast if you want
    2. It's okay to eat a big dinner
    3. Snacking does not affect metabolism
    4. Eat carbs to get lean
    5. There is a weight-loss pill worth buying (spoiler: vitamin D)
    6. Exercise on an empty stomach
    7. Eat saturated fat
    8. Consider fasting for better health (spoiler: 12-16 hour fasts or 1 day a month)
    9. Going organic won't help with weight loss
    10. There's no such thing as "too much protein"

Gotta say that it's been awhile that I've agreed with an article in a popular fitness magazine.

I know, pretty much common sense. But I miss that sometimes in the forums or in certain articles ;-)
