My goal was to hit 40 pounds by Christmas. I hit 41.2 pounds today :) About 12.5 to go!!

    I eat between 1200 - 1600 and do the elliptical most days. I started out walking 30 minutes, then worked up to 30 minutes on the elliptical, now am doing an hour most days. I was swimming twice a week, but haven't done that as much recently. Thinking I'd like to start weights in the spring :)

    My doctor had recommended exercising in the morning before work, which I try to do most days - that way it is done and if I'm tired after work, it doesn't mess up my exercise :)
