Currently, I am 176 lbs and 35% BF.
That means I have about 110 lb of LBM.
If I manage to hang on to all of it, I should be at 25% BF by the time I hit 150 lbs.
I know that is probably impossible, but I'd like to be under 30%.
I do lift, though I am a big newb at it. I am trying to progress to heavier weights/more reps each time and work to failure. I lift 4 X a week alternating between upper and lower body. I also do some cardio and eat back most of the calories.
*If you look at my diary, please do not judge yesterday, I was ill. Also, please be aware that I reset my cals to maintenance Mon - Thurs (days I lift) because I was losing too fast and getting too hungry.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
Edited for typos as usual

I have you at something that looks like this...
1600 calories per day with the following macro breakdown.
80 grams protein (20%) = 320 cals
180 grams carbs (45%) = 720 cals
63 grams fat (35%) = 560 calls
At 35% body fat you can carry a fairly large deficit. As you get leaner you will have to re-adjust along the way.0 -
Thank you. I appreciate it0
