Hey All,
Just wonder if it is normal to be very determined and on fire and join MFP for 2 days and then the next 20 days just stop dieting and eat everything comes infront of you!
I really hate that feeling of such weakness,it is just disgusting that I'm that weak!!
Is there any method to keep yourself on track? books to read, motivating thoughts? methods of controling the mind before just binging!!
I'll try my best to be here I hope this time I stick to my plans and loose the weight.

You have got to want it. Filling out your goals list should make you thing of why you want this. If you have the right reasons down, each time you start to stray just take a look and remind yourself of them goals and reason. It's all about a PMA. It helps to chat on here with people that are doing the same as you. I am sure i can speak for everyone that we are all here to help.

Have reasonable goals. I don't know what your calorie intake is, but if you're severely limiting yourself, you're likely going to sabotage yourself and any progress. Denying yourself things you like is very hard. Start small, plan ahead, hold yourself accountable, don't lie (on your food diary), and look forward to how you'll feel after all the hard work.
Try it for 3 days. See how you feel on day 4. If you made it 3 days, you can do 4, and if you did 4, you can do 5, then a week, then a month, and so on.
But above all, want it. Want to change. If you're going into it with a poor attitude, and feeling deprived, it's going to be that much harder to attain success.0 -
I'm going to agree with the above comment. You have to WANT THIS. You have to need this change. There may be millions of motivating comments, stories, before/afters, but it all comes from you first. Commitment takes time and when you're ready, I promise it will be worth it.0

I agree with the others you have to be ready and want it. I joined MFP 2years ago played around for a week or two and then didn't come back until this month (started changing my habits in early Oct). So far it's been easy but I really want it this time two years ago for whatever reason I wasn't. Be
Ingest thing I have learned is try to plan you day/week.0 -
Agree with all the above. Try surfing the success threads, they provide great motivation to me. Find stories that are similar to yours and it works great.0
