Question about the Walk At Home Workouts

I did a 20 minute workout with one of the videos but I don't see that type of workout listed anywhere in database. I recorded it as 20 min of low impact aerobics. Does that sound right?

    I love those DVDs. I used to record it as walking at a quick pace for (n) minutes, but low impact aerobics is probably alright. As long as the calories burned sounds reasonable (i.e. it's not saying 800 calories burned for 30 minutes), it's probably pretty close.

    I usually log mine under low impact aerobics or regular aerobics. It depends on if I use the strength training band. I love the dvds!

    I love Leslie Sansone and yes, I log her workouts as Low-Impact as her workouts tend to make my heartrate peak and then coast.

    I use the LS 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk and wear a Nike Fitness Band while exercising. It shows I burn approx. 320 calories. That is for my height a 5'6" and 189 lbs.

    I use a heart rate monitor I wear as a watch while I walk with Leslie Sansone's DVD's That way I can log the amount of time I worked out with the calories I actually burned. Well, calories according to my watch anyways!

    When I did the 20 min log in it said I burned 169 calories. Does that sound right?

    I didn't know that height and weight determined the calories a person burns. It makes sense considerin the amount of weight one person is moving around vs another

    I subtract warm up and cool down and also log it as low impact aerobics. I usually add the warm up and cool down time as "mild stretching.
