Barefoot (or socks) for lifting. Mizuno Wave Inspire for running.0
-
Asics Gel Envigor TR for Zumba. I tried several pairs of everything, and these worked best. I have two in different colors and alternate them. For everything else I use my Mizuno waves.0
-
Saucony Cohesion 6 for running. Inexpensive model, but have been perfect for my feet.
Barefoot for weightlifting and cleats for flag football and softball.0 -
Whoa I've never seen people in my gym train barefoot before. I think it's a rule, in fact, to always have covered footwear on. What's the logic behind training barefoot? (Not trolling, genuinely curious)0

Saucony Kinvara's for most things - Saucony Peregrine 3 for anything trail related0
-
Hoka One One's. Best shoes on the planet.0

Vibrams Komodosport LS for Weight lifting

I lift at home.
Its best to lift with no compression and no lift in the heel (except squats re lift). A lot of people lift in vibrams.0 -
Vasque Breeze for my outside stuff and just boring old Nike for my indoor stuff.0

ASICS Gel Blur!0

Yeah, if I lifted at home I'd likely do it barefoot as well. I like my vibram-type shoes because they are tight fitting with solid soles. Both of these reduce the chance of slippage and all of the weight I'm lifting transfers right to the concrete.0 -
Nike shox for lifting and nike Free runs 3.0+ for running0

Merrell Barefoot Arc Access 20
-
Nike Free Run 20

Brooks Glycerin--love them.0

The owner of my gym doesn't mind. But that's because it's me0 -

Why do you need a heel for squats? I do all my lifts either barefoot or in my Chucks. Should I be changing shoes after squats? (I've only been lifting a few months)0 -
Nike Free Bionic for lifting and Asics GT-2170 for running, Zumba, and step.0
