Hi all, I was just wondering if there was anyone else out there from Oz with whom to share this journey with. I live in a remote community 400km's from the nearest town so getting to the gym and getting out is a little hard. Anyhoo, for everyone out there keep it up and if ya have a bad day, so be it, the day after is a new one to tackle!!:smile:

    I am Aussie and used to live 600km from the nearest capital city! Add me if you want. When I moved out there I put on over 10kg and have only just started to get it off. My old town did not even have a super market
