Exercise Video Suggestions?

I know I need to start incorporating exercise if I'm ever going to lose all the weight I want to lose, but I just can't seem to find any exercise video that meets my current fitness level. If I'm feeling like I'm going to die just during the warm up (side-eye at you, Jillian Michaels), I don't have high hopes about surviving the rest of an exercise video. At the same time, though, I don't want it to be so easy that there's really no benefit to having done the work out at all (Richard Simmons). Going to the gym isn't an option either financially or in terms of my schedule right now so videos are really all I can do apart from going for walks, which I do, but really don't feel any benefit from.

I noticed you mentioned finances, but on the off chance that you have $37 to spare one time, I suggest ordering hip hop abs with shaun T the video is $19.99 plus shipping so it's $37 and you will receive it in about 3 business days from placing the order. I myself lost 13Lbs and 8 inches all around in 3 weeks I didn't finish week 4 because of a knee injury I got walking down a hill. I really enjoyed the workouts mostly because they were always modified if I needed it to be. I was 359.8 and I was moving and doing them. I would highly recommend it. Also I'm sure you are already aware that you weight loss comes mostly from eating right and exercise is for fitness, with that being said My daily calorie intake was 1800 and I only drink water and I limit carbs and sugars. I plan on starting hip hop abs again the friday after thanksgiving. Also I do Zumba from time to time and since you can't get to the gym you can go on youtube and bring it up as well. Either way you should have fun! Good luck!0

I second Leslie Sansone videos. They are very manageable. But, you can still use what you already have. Do what you can do, and March in place when you need a break. I modify in nearly all the videos I have. Something is better than nothing.0

I love the fitnessblender videos on youtube...completely free, they support a variety of fitness levels, and they use very little equipment0

You should try blogilates! She does a few cardio videos, pilates which is good for toning up and she shows you a few healthy food recipes. I've been following her since April and i've lost about 21 pounds so far.
Here are her youtube page links and her own website for you

I want to note that Richard Simmons has helped over a million people lose weight... so while he's quirky I like the results.
Here is the athletic warmup that I take people through. It'll get you moving and also identify the movements that are most challenging for your body, allowing you to spend more time working on the things your body isn't great at.
Video quality is suspect, but do this and you'll be less "bad achy" and more "good achy".

I'm finding the Leslie sansone videos really good I went from one mile to 4 miles within a week and a half. I also like the biggest loser last chance workout, and doing the low impact moves. All these videos can be found on YouTube. Hope you find something that works for you. If all this fails walking is great exercise and you could try increasing the pace until your jogging?0

Get the Tony Little videos they are fabulous. He had injured his back years ago and created a great work out for himself and others. I got those tapes and you can do whatever you can in each stage...and build up, there is a guide at the bottom of the screen for time for beginner, middle and advanced. They are awesome and you will see and feel the difference.0
