Professional Clothes

Ladies

I need to go buy some professional clothes. I'm a female (obviously cause I'm asking women...) and a college student.

So, what fit of pants is worn mainly in the professional world. Are they trouser like (loose through hip and thigh) or tight throughout the thigh like jeans.

Also, as a larger person (size 14 and very muscular thighs) what kind of cut looks better?

It's just a matter of trying on different styles to see what fits you best. There are some at JC Penney that I really like, they are like trousers and they are easy to move in. However, there are some at Target that I like as well and those ones fit like jeans. Different tops look better with the different style of pants as well.

Whatever fits and flatters you best. I love the Editor cut from Express.

If you want to save a lot of money, go to the goodwills! They have such cheap clothes and lots of brand names and countless styles. I'm in the states and I'm taking a suitcase back of goodwill clothes.

I have bought all my clothes second hand through this journey because I have a lot of weight to lose to get to my goal and this really helped me save £1000's and kept me stylish....
  • Try New York & Company, they have lots of flattering cuts and you can find stuff that isn't too old lady.
