Concerned about calorie intake

So I've set my daily goal to about 1750 calories a day I used a weight lose calculator and it says I should be consuming 2,217 to lose 50 pounds in 6 months. I'm 21 male at 220Ilbs which is the heaviest I've ever been, also I'm 5'11. I've been working out almost every day and try to burn 500+ calories a day. I started eating more healthy foods and lowering my calorie intake I'm concerned that I might not be consuming enough calories with how many I'm burning.

I've been working out usually 6 days a week 1 hour after class at the campus's gym than an hour before bed. I've been afraid to even weight myself since I hit 220 so I can't say if I lost or gained weight but my stretch marks got worse at first.

I was at 170 last year around June, than I moved away from the gym and it got harder to get to, than in December of last year I badly broke my wrist and had a cast on for 2 months and had surgery on it twice, so for 2 months I would go to school than come home and do nothing eat out or eat a frozen dinner.

Are you eating back your exercise calories? If you're not, then you're definitely not eating enough for healthy weight loss.
  • Well I use the mfp app and for example today I consumed 2145 calories but burned 408 on exercise so it got me down to 1737 net.
