New to the website

Hi all

Im 21 and getting married in 2012 so i am on a mission to loose 31/2 stone before then, Ive tried to diet loads of times before and failed after a few days but im on my 3rd week at the moment so its looking hopefull. Ive only just found this website but i think it is amazing so easy to track what ive eaten as im not so good at calorie counting. Well thats me so all there is left to say is Good luck everyone!

  • Looking for some meal ideas. Trying to get the right amount of carbs, Calories, fiber etc. About 1750 cals a day.
  • My name is Nicole, and I'm a freshmen in college. I've decided to try this site to help me control my weight, and so far I love it. I'm going to try to lose 20 pounds, and do it by hopefully the end of next semester. I want to eat healthier and exercise more, because right now I never exercise. I was a farm girl before I came to college, so taking time out to exercise wasn't necessary. Now that I'm here, I'm not taking care of myself, and I'm not happy with myself. I want to make a positive change in my life now, and stop taking tomorrows for granted. I also came to this site to have more social support, because right now I don't really have any work out buddies, so I'm trying to do this all on my own. My only problem is a lot of times I tend to binge eat, which sucks, because I do know what's right and wrong when it comes to eating, I just can't control myself. So if anyone has any tips or advice about anything, please let me know. And thanks for your support. :)
