First week NSV

I just completed my first week back to MFP after having baby #2 and yes I lost a good amount of weight but more than that I stayed within my calorie range all week. I still ate healthy even when faced with challenges like a lunch meeting on Thursday and Friday! My goal for the past week and the few weeks to come is to make healthy eating fit my lifestyle and I did just that!
