Just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully make some friends. My weight has gone all wonky these past couple of years. I'm at 137 lbs and I'm used to weighing 120 so I have some work to do.
I'm going to try to approach this with a positive attitude and put health and nutrition above all. As long as I eat healthy and stick to the appropriate calories, the weight will come off.
Plan to get back into running as well. I used to be able to run a half marathon and now I can barely finish a 5k. Oh what have I done?

Getting started is the hardest part, I found that joining an exercise class really helped my motivation, I now look forward to the class and I feel the benefits and so does my Scales ! Good Luck.0
