Boot Camp

Hey guys,
Im trying to lose some weight and get in shape for boot camp in the upcoming year. Need to drop close to 30 pounds, and wanted to see if anyone had any tips? Currently, I'm trying to get used to running the mile, and mixing in some weight lifting as well as trying to eat healthy. Any work out tips that you can give me to get close to my goal (and so I don't die at boot camp?)

so a lot of interval type training.
Running then push ups
then running and pull ups
and running and then abs
and then running and burpees
and running- then counting out loud.
running and abs- running and squat thrusters
Lots of running.
lots of sounding off- lots of miserable. Get your diet down- losing the 30 lbs will be helpful.0 -
Any ideas of food that are good to eat? I tend to keep my freezer stocked with fish and veggies, and tend to eat a lot of long grain rice.
Also, best advice for running. Should i go for a set time or a set distance before I swap?0
