Hey guys!
I hate this job, sitting at a desk all day! I wanna be loosing weight and its hard sitting here doing no exercise at all!
how the hell do i eat the right things so iwill loose more weight quickly!!!?

Firstly get a swiss ball and sit on that, it will help strengthen your core and not to mention great for your back.
As for food you need to be eat every 2-3 hours small meals... eat everything in small portions and you cant go wrong.

Gaia.com has a great balance ball chair for around $80. I bought mine about 5 months ago and I LOVE IT! It's super comfortable if you have to sit a lot and it forces you to sit up straight and use your core to stay balanced. Being in the chair frame, it's on wheels and fits under the desk.
