107 pounds. 5'2.

5'4' 308-328

5'1" and I was 160 at the doctor's office. The 6 in that is what made me make a lifestyle change.

Was 296 in 2006. Started trying to lose weight at 278 in February 2012. I am 5'11" and now 182.

5'4, 130 lbs. I am very small-boned, so this looked a lot worse than you might think. I was doing absolutely no physical activity either, so I had so much cellulite all over my legs and a super-round face.
