Hey guys. Im trying to lose 50 lbs. Ive had two kids. I was wondering if there is a way to avoid getting that gross baby belly flab that sometimes comes with losing baby weight. I know Ill have a little bit of flab and that's ok, but right now it looks like it's gonna be really bad. Other than surgery, are there other options?

I've been told depends on your age.. elasticity in your skin. my best friend is my trainer and she swears she will get rid of my 'baby flab' I have if I stick with my workouts and lose all the weight I want to lose. Then we can focus on the remainder of the toning. Guess we'll see when I lose the remaining weight!
good luck!0
