Hi
I'm Carmen from England. I joined nearly a week ago and can't believe how much difference it has made just thinking sensibly about what I eat and trying to plan my meals instead of feeling guilty afterwards!
Looking at the support forums is really inspiring.

    Thanks for the welcome guys. This time I am definitely going to stick to this change of lifestyle. No more backsliding into bad (chocolate eating) habits.
