You shouldn't have to workout that much to maintain- maybe you should have your thyroid checked?

    I rather doubt it...
  • The scales say otherwise
  • From your other posts you said,
"Today was my rest day and i went all out at dinner had a huge plate of eye fillet steak 5 pieces with eggs chips and vegetables..."
    then you said,
"I've been eating healthy and working out 2 hours everyday for the past 2 months now and I thought I would experiment and have a rest day guess what after one rest day I have gained 1kg and it's of fat"

So you're basing all of this off of the 1 day you took off and ate more than you usually would? Firstly, if you gained weight that one day it was not fat. It's water weight, the physical weight of your food and all that jazz. To gain 1kg of pure fat, you'd have to eat like 7000 calories and not move at all. I doubt that happened.

So, take a deep breath. You don't have to exercise 2 hours a day every day. Take a break. You'll probably gain a few kilos refilling your depleted glycogen reserves but that's normal. Your weight will level off something like this.

Exercise a few times a week, eat at maintenance and calm down
