I started at about 230 lb (105 kg) and I'm 174 cm tall (5 foot 8 ish)
I'm currently about 171 lb (at the low swing of my fluctuations) and still the same height
Goal weight is 165 lb / 75 kg0 -
I'm 5'5 when I started I was 265...
Now im 210
My goal was 200 but now Im thinking 190 or 1800 -
I'm 5' 7. I started at 220 pounds and I'm now 167 pounds.
My goal weight is 157 pounds or anything around 155 pounds.0 -
I am 5'7 and started off 271 3 months ago. I have lost 40 pounds and am now 228. My goal is to be 150. Still have a long way to go but I am determined to make it!0

I'm not a female; but I played one on T.V.0

5 10 and muscular. Started with original goal of 180 lbs (at 230) but have since decided to aim for 170. I'll reassess when I get there.0
-
I'm a tad shorter at 5'6", and my goal weight is 150. Well, pretty much anything above 135 and up to 150 or so, because I think it all looks good in different ways for me
I'm not very picky about it, so I think 150 is great so I can eat the most out of my choices of goal weight!

I'm 5'8". I started out at 202lbs and my goal weight is 150lbs. Maybe by next summer. Ha!0
-
I'm 5'8" as well. I'm looking at a GW of somewhere between 150 lbs and 160 lbs. I've never been that thin at this height, so it's hard to say exactly where I want to be until I get there!0

5'6 here.
SW: 235 at my heaviest
CW: 153
I'm about 2 months into a lifting program and starting to see little changes which are making me happyI originally thought 135 for a goal weight as I have been there before and was pretty happy with the way that I looked but I was also a lot less muscular the first time around so it will probably be very close to 145 but I will be more basing it on what I see in the mirror as opposed to the number on the scale.

I'm 5'10" and my goal weight is around 150.
However, as I begin to reshape my body and get closer, that number might actually come up a little bit. I am currently 189. I got down to 176 at one point and thought I was still a little chunky then but I bet 160 toned would be just fine for me!0 -
I'm 5'8'' and started at 160. Currently I am 145 and my goal is 130.
Tall girls rock!0 -
I'm 5'9-5'10 Currently 172lbs. Short term goal is 160lbs!0

I'm 5' 7" and I'm currently at my highest weight ever, which is 242. I'm medium frame and I carry my weight mostly in my stomach. My goal weight is ideally 150 lbs. I have read in numerous locations that my height/frame ideal weight is between 150-170 lbs.0

Hi! I'm 5'7.5. SW was 242, my CW is 230, and my GW is 165.
The lowest my weight has ever been was 173, but I blew up like a blowfish when I was pregnant! Ha! I had my baby earlier this year and would love to be that size again.0 -
I am 5'8" and have been 307, but started MFP in March at 262 lb. Right now I'm 211 and definitely want to get to 180, but I have no idea yet if I'll stop there or go to 165-170. 165 sounds crazy to me. I have not been that size since I was 12.0

5'9.5 here, started at 250 (including my pregnancy weight), and have fluctuated between 190-210 for the last couple of years (currently at 210)
Short-term goal- about 190 so that my work clothes fit better
Medium-term goal is 175-180 (weight when I got married and gets me to a "healthy" BMI.)
Long-term maintenance goal is 155-160 (my weight in graduate school, when I was very fit/muscular, and is reasonable for my frame).
I have my calories set at 1lb/week weight loss, plus I am working out several times a week to build muscle and tone my body (cardio, weights, stretching).0 -
I'm just over 5'10" and have an initial goal of 165. If you believe in BMI, normal for me will begin once I hit 174, but I know I will feel better a bit below that, where I was in college. I don't want to be married to a number, though, because I run and am going to start strength training next week, and I don't want to feel upset over muscle gain just because it keeps the scale from dropping as quickly.0

I am 5'9 and started MFP at 272. I am now at 263. I have a long journey but planned on stopping about 150. I have been told by physicians that I have a large bone structure so I will see how I look at 180 and re-evaluate.0

I'm 5'6 and at my heasviest was 230. Currently i'm 200 (on the dot). My first goal was under 200. Each consecutive goal is 10lbs less than 200 unitl I hit 230. However once i get around 150 -140 I may decide that 130 is not right for my frame.0
-
I am 6ft tall and my goal weight is 11 stone. (154lbs) Possibly less depending on how I look at that weight. I'm doing strength training now, which I haven't before, so I'm hoping to look better at a higher weight.
I have weighed less than this, 9.5 stone at my lowest, but that's too low for me really as I have a fairly broad frame and look a bit ill.0 -
I'm 5"8.5
Start weight: 275
Current weight: 249
And I want to get to 200 by my graduation in July!
From there I'm gonna try and lose another 25 so I'll have lost a solid 100 lbs, and I'll finally have a healthy BMII'm looking forward to it even though it is a long way to go!

5'10 and goal will be 170-180 (I have size 12 feet and can palm a basketball so that would make me a large frame;-)
I have lost 117 pounds since January 15, 2013 - the day my doctor bluntly told me "loose weight or die". Lots of workouts, sweat and healthy eating.
I was a former collegiate athlete decades ago and at my fittest was 160. (had body fat % in the low teens back than).0 -
I'm 5'7'' and at this height have pretty much always been between 140-150, though before I starting taking my diet and workouts seriously, I "appeared" to be overweight at 150.
I'm 140 lb now and most people believe I've lost 20-40 pounds, when in reality it was only ten at the most. My goal now is not about weight, but rather measurements and how I feel.0 -
Im 5ft 6 and my goal weight is 154 pounds
As of right now I weigh 208pounds! Eek! I haven't set myself a time limit as I'm in the middle of my A-levels and dont want to be stressing about my weight and exams!
