you can't spot reduce! just eat at a deficit, the fat will come off from your tummy eventually (it just might not go from there first). that said you could create a deficit by doing some at home workout vids, I know the 30 Day Shred/Ripped in 30 are very popular here.

It's still good to work the abdominals and obliques to build a bit of muscle there so that when the fat comes off, it'll look better.

    Try L-Sitting: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUZJoSP66HI

It strengthens the core and shoulders, improves hamstring and glue flexibility, and you can walk around on your hands and bicycle kick people in the shins.

As mentioned, eat a deficit, log really accurately. Planks, reverse crunches, mountain climbers, superman, etc... good luck!

So I have tummy issues and love handles. SO I have just started this. I am not an expert just a person who picked her targeted area and did some searches. I am also doing a 300 calorie burn on the treadmill and reduced caloric intake. The first time I did most of these I was in pain for a few days. So I have reduced the reps and I hope to reach the targets soon.

    woodchops 40
    bicycle crunches 30
    side planks 30
    russian twists 50
    roll ups 20
    scissors 20
    leg drops 20
    torso twists 20
    hip lifts 20

try looking up abs or core and "blogilates" she does free workouts on youtube! particularly good for starters as they are usually short and eventually you could do them consecutively,

i came across them when i was looking for workouts that required no equipment :) goodluck!
