Hi - I started on my weight loss journey after hitting at maximum weight of 373 pounds back in January. We started off as a competition for most % weight loss in 8 weeks (actually split in half with most points earned for good habits). But, after 8 weeks, I kept on going. I'm now 10 months into my total lifestyle change and have just hit the 120 pounds lost mark. Aiming to hit my main goal of 220 lbs, and then reassess at that point if it was enough weight lost (given how ridiculously low some weight charts claim I should be).
