I started working out last week and have been eating over 6000 calories a day. Mostly carbs because I heard from this one guy that a diet with most carbs will make your muscles grow and make them big. He also told me to eat protein but I have a hard time with it so i just have 2 cans of tuna and like 6 things of bread. I said for fats I can eat a jar of peanutbutter.
Its been a week but nothing is changing please help me!

6000 calories seems like a lot to me.0

I would probably invest in a personal trainer to get the right diet and exercise program that is perfect for you.0

when you first sign up on this site it tells you to consult your DR before starting on any new diet blah blah etc.... don't listen to that "one guy" ask your DR0

I still don't know if you're male or female. Your profile reads female, yet the title reads "guy".
It is harder for females to build muscle than it is males. MUCH harder. Not impossible, no, just harder.0 -

I think almost everyone kind of knew that, but cause he/she/it was terrible at their trolling attempt, so most just ignored the thread.0 -

Broseph? you need a brofessor, and Im recruiting bropostles....6000 cals is for cutting, michael phelps eats around 10,000 and he looks like a bumpy ironing board.. you want mass not sass.peanut butter out the jar should always be your nightime snack ..also 2 gallons of milk a day, for all the calciums youre going to need to hold on to that new added mass. You must also eat 6 out of 10 meals at chipotle. thats just the basics broseph.0 -
