What are your weekly goals?

I'm all about the small goals.
My goals this week:
continue logging in and staying within my allotted cals/macros
keep drinking water (this stuff really is great for you)
stick to Insanity schedule/exercise everyday
make healthier versions of a couple favorite meals
find a delicious low calorie wine to enjoy on the weekend ;-)0 -
I have similar goals to you!
Workout for 45 minutes at least 6 days a week is the biggest for me though!0 -
I thought this was a REALLY good thread. As I was reading through the replies, I realized that my weekly goals are the same as a bunch of people. So, what I did to make things interesting:
I made a list of everyone else's goals in a Word doc
If something was repeated, I repeated it in the list.
If someone said "Work out for 30 min" and someone else said 45min, and another said 60, they all went on separate lines.
I did modify a few things. Instead of the 5K Disney run, I just made it "Register for a 5K"
I just printed it up (with double spacing) and I am going to cut each "Goal," fold it up, and put it in a jar.
I plan to pick a goal every week : )
Also, I'm thinking of having a separate jar with numbers. So, I'd pick a number and pick that many goals for the week.
Weekly goals I'd like to add:
Get 7 hrs. of sleep
Try a new activity at least once
Bike a total of ______miles
Add 10 minutes to my current cardio
Do Yoga moves for balance daily. Note: I can barely do lunges because my balance is so bad.
Try a new Veggie for 3 days.
this is such a great idea!0 -

Great goals!
Water is one thing I always struggle with.
I love water. Ever since I was four and my parents finally got the hint that I didn't like milk--they started giving me water. With that being said It is so hard for me to drink the amout water I'm supposed to every day. I feel like I'm drowning myself.0 -
MY goals - 5x5 Stronglifs 3x/week as well as Tony Hortons 10 minute trainer right after each workout
- drinking my water 96 oz/day
-cut out any sweets after dinner except fruit < this is a hard one for me
If I can do that throughout the Christmas season I will be happy!!!0
