Hi, I am new to this website, and I have moved over to this in an effort to lose lbs and gain £'s! I was a WW member but I find that I don't have time to go to meetings and so this would be better option for me!

I work full time in a sitting down role! I do try to get to the gym but I also have an exercise bike at home!

Would love to get to know others and to gain some valuable support here!!

    Welcome to MFP Danii! It's a great tool. Log everything, keep at a small calorie deficit and get some exercise in. I love my bike stationary and regular bike.

    Use the tools you find on this website and it is a no-brainer. Of course, you have to put in the effort. 11 months ago I started a "sit down job" and gained twenty pounds in just 4 months. I started eating better, counting every calorie and going to the gym at least 4 days a week. Some days I take a class or do weighlifting and some days I just stay on the elliptical and burn it that way.
    Whatever you do, remember, you have support here.
