    Nov. 17: 60 minutes and 15 miles.

    That puts me up over 4,000 miles (4,004 miles, to be exact) on the mini-bike since Sept. 1, 2012! In my Virtual Ride Around The Equator, that places me at approximately the longitude of the Marquesas Islands in French Polynesia (about 881 miles northeast of Tahiti). Have a coconut!

    Total for Nov. so far: 15.17 hours and 218.75 miles.

    I don't like coconut, but how about a nice tropical drink. Cheers! :drinker:

    11/15 - 1.5 hours, 5km run (36mins) 2km brisk walk (24mins) and 30mins weights training.
    11/16 - 1.5hours, 5km run (36mins) 4mins walk, 30mins 30DS program and 20mins weights!
    11/16 - shopping/walking for 3hours none-stop.. would this qualify as workout??
    11/17 - 1hour, 45mins spin class & 20mins 30DS program.
    11/8 - 1.5 hours, 40mins run (5km), 10mins walk/warm up, 20mins 30DS program & 20mins weights
    Total: 18.5hours

    5.5hours left

    workout so hard yet i gained back 3lbs! WTHHHHH is going on.. :(

    11/9 - 60 minutes (moving furniture for carpet cleaning)
