I could use some help

Hello, I am a Mother of 4 that works full time in an office, when I am not working I am running kids from here to there. I started this journey in July lost 15lbs felt amazing, got discouraged stopped tracking and put most of it back on. I could use some encouragement, and friends to help. I really enjoy Zumba, I have the discs at home, it seems like after I get the kids to bed and I settle down its late so then I get up just in time to get the kids off to school and me off to work. I would like a jump start but am not sure how to do that? Please and Thank you

Tough when there isn't much time. When my kids were younger I found even if I could find 20 minutes in the morning that was the best. It is hard doing it at night and then it will leave you so wired you won't be able to sleep.
You are not required to do any full workout so maybe just do a little of the DVD. After a bit, you'll develop a habit and then it is surprising that you'll start making time for yourself. That was the way it worked for me anyway. Good luck. You can do this.0 -
Hello, I am a mother of 3 so I fully understand what you are saying. Did you ever hear of the Beachbody program FocusT25? You get a full workout in just 25 minutes a day! I have been doing it & I am almost finished. I have achieved amazing results and it is so addicting that you will make time to push "play." I have been working out for 2 yrs now & I am at my goal weight so now I just need to maintain it & sculpt my body. I have become a BB Coach (mentor) and I would love to help you out!0
