wow congrats on your weight loss!
for the loose skin you should look into a proper strength training weight training program like starting strength, strong lifts and wendler 5-3-10 -
I am at 100 lbs lost my hubby about the same. One of the things we are doing now that we wish we would have done all along is weight training. We can't afford a gym so we use fitness blender website for many of their arm workouts with dumbbells and kettleballs. Hope that helps and good luck 76 lbs is amazing0

Yep! Both of these folks have the right idea. Strength training will get you tightened up nicely!0

Strength training is a fantastic idea, but it will do jack all for loose skin.0

What do you mean by jack ?0

Strength training is a fantastic idea, but it will do jack all for loose skin.
Yes it will. First, the muscle takes up some of the room that the fat was occupying before, which helps with the loose skin look. Second, the additional muscle mass helps burn the layer of subcutaneous fat that is causing the looseness. If the loose skin is in your belly area, then building your chest, lats and back will all help to pull it tighter. The reason that it is loose in the first place is because you lost weight relatively rapidly.
Here is an article on the subject: http://www.muscleforlife.com/how-to-get-rid-of-loose-skin-after-weight-loss/0 -
It said that I need build muscles.I did that for my man boobs.I did many chest workouts including push ups but then it keep on stay the same size0

There are two basic kinds of fat. Subcutaneous fat and visceral fat. Subcutaneous fat is just under the skin and gives our bodies that softer look. Visceral fat is inside, around your muscles and organs. You lost a large amount of visceral fat and almost all, but not quite all of your subcutaneous fat. Unfortunately, the layer of fat that you still have was stretched out from when you were bigger and fat isn't very elastic, so it won't spring back to match your new smaller size. The skin; however, is very elastic, especially as young as you are. Building muscle by engaging in a really heavy weightlifting program will help fill in some of the volume that used to be taken up by visceral fat, but the final answer is to lose that last little bit of subcutaneous fat through what bodybuilders call a "cut", which is where you work with diet and weights to get your bodyfat percentage down to the low teens or below.
I had a real problem with loose skin in the belly area before I built my chest and back up. That muscle volume helped pull my skin into shape and also helped burn off the last bit of subcutaneous fat that was causing it to stretch out in the first place.0 -
Thanks a lot for the informations. That day I went to measure my fats.My visceral fat was 9 and my body percentage 17.7%.My muscle mass was 65.1kg.So,you are trying to say I need to get my fats percentage lower and do more weighing ?0

Yes! It will happen by itself eventually, as that fat gets replaced over time, but to make it happen faster, cut your bodyfat down and build your strength numbers up.
I recommend the book "Starting Strength" by Mark Rippetoe.0 -
Noted,I will try search that book0

I saw it ,everything is about dead lifting,lol0

Actually it is all about the squat! But the deadlift plays a big part too!
