13 months - almost 100 pounds - Donating clothes

I am hoping that by sharing my experience tonight that it will help someone who may be struggling.
I have been donating my 'too-big' clothes as I have gotten to small for them.
The first time I donated clothes I didn't know if I was going to be able to do this. (6x clothes)
The second time I felt like I was getting lucky. That was in July. (5x clothes)
Now that I am getting rid of the third set I am feeling like I am doing this right: that I have a chance. (4x clothes)

I started this new life in October 2012 and was a stupid 441 pounds. I had no idea what to do and was able to get from 441 to 405 by basically starving myself and some light walking. I joined MFP in April and have lost 66 more pounds since then to be at approximately 342.
Once you wade through the distractions, this site is filled with amazing people and tons of useful information!
I’m still learning and shrinking but now I am truly enjoying this process.
Hang tough and learn, learn, learn! Learn about nutrition/ Learn about exercise/ Learn about yourself!!!

~Jason (or Jase for my Aussie friends)

Darling Jase! I am so proud of you. I came into your friends list late in the game, but I'll be here for the duration and I know you will get to your goal and be donating those clothes many times over.
Yours in Sydney, XO from Skim
