looking for supportive friends in maintenance

I am active and use the body media core device to keep track of and watch calorie burn/ intake balance. I rarely weigh. Like to read what other people are eating and am an active commentor. I completed my first 5k in October and enjoy maintaining my fitness level through 3 x weekly 2 minute run, 1 minute walk interval exercises for 30 minutes and also by using leslie sansone walk at home workouts (I just started using weights and like the boosted walk intervals). I eat between 1900 -2500 (at the most) calories a day. My goal is to maintain through May. At that time I will reevaluate and determine where to go from there.

    I've been maintaining for a year. I walk my dog 3 miles a day (split into 2-3 walks) and have been doing a 90 day challenge by Bikini Body Mommy. . which I fell off the wagon doing around my birthday in Oct. So long as I stay active with my walking & don't overdo it in the kitchen I maintain pretty well. Flex up & down 1-2lbs a month.
