I have her Ultimate Sculpting & Conditioning Volumes 1 and 2, Kettlebell Lightning and Kettlebell Body. I love all of them but they are a bit pricey. Volume 1 is a great place to start. I never used kettlebells previous to her dvd's and I quickly progressed to Volume 2. I don't have Volume 3 - that is mostly using double kettlebells and TRX. I also have Sarah Lurie as well. Her dvd's are much cheaper.

I haven't tried Lauren Brooks but I have some Sarah Lurie and Anthony Diluglio DVDs. I like Alysia Gadson's free videos better than both, and if you don't need the visuals, she has the workouts also posted in written form. They're all on livefitrevolution, org. There are tons to choose from, at varying difficulty levels.
