    My friend Connor Whitaker goes to UW; go stalk him. I'll be in the area thanksgiving... Hill sprints, calisthenics, sprints, etc sound good?

    lol, cool! my gym is open short hours on turkey day so I am gonna get a hard workout in so I don't feel so guilty eating haha

    anything sounds good as long as it kicks my but lol. I will probly be in Poulsbo for thanksgiving though

    kents kind of far unless u are willing to travel up here, lol.i was thinking like weights, I need a weight lifting buddy. I don't do it enough cuz I am so shy to do it when I am at the gym by myself

    I live in Kirkland and would Looove a work out partner, I do not know anyone out here that wants to lose weight like I do. I weight 203 pounds and want to lose 40 -50.
