Experiences with Herbalife?

I'm considering using Herbalife to help me kick my junk food habit and lose some weight (Herbalife shake instead of breakfast, Herbalife meal bar for lunch, protein bar for snack and a healthy dinner)

Has anyone done it and what was your experience?

I don't have time to cook and being a vegetarian who doesn't eat cheese makes it very difficult hunting out healthy options on my lunch break so I'm hoping this could be the answer!

    I did it for a bit, lost like 20lbs in a month then gained like 30 back when i got off :( if you follow their program the deficit was way too low, plus the products, although of good quality, was way too expensive. I still take some of the products, because I had some leftover, but when it runs out I'll just go find a cheaper alternative! For me just eating healthier and exercising has been working out great!!     Just make sure you're in a reasonable deficit, get the proper amount of macro and micro nutrients and work out. Voilá.
