I am determined to lose weight faster than I was losing before. I tried every possible thing (even exercised 2 hours a day!) and slowly lost 13 pounds in 6 months. I am a nutritionist and had compiled a program just like this, but I would do the calculations my myself. Can you imagine how great it felt to discover this website exists so that I simply put in the food, and do no calculations, except making sure I don't exceed my recommendation!
Helpful tip: Don't eat high fat foods. You keep many of the foods you consume low in some of these nutrients, and it will allow you to eat more food. Who wouldn't want to eat when they feel hungry? You will be so limited and hungrier with high fat foods.

Hi! I've only been here just over 2 weeks, but the support has been wonderful. I have tried over the years to count calories on my own, and estimate calories burned thru exercise as well. This makes it so much easier and I have found the support I needed for my 'will power' issue as well
