      wow you look amazing! I lost 50 lbs and don't look anywhere near as good as you did at your 50 lb mark. Now I have about 70 lbs more to lose. Thanks for the inspiration and keep up the great work

      You look and did awesome! You motivated me to look further than counting and points. Carbs are my enemy in any shape and form and am looking into paleo. I did something like this years ago, and it worked and I felt great. Checking it out today. Keep up the good work.
      PS...lost 72 lbs and with a bad year gained 40 back....you motivated me to jump back on the fitness bandwagon. Thanks!
