Apple pie smoothie!
Saw this smoothie on Pinterest I think, and I've fell in love with it. There are two variations but they are both delicious.
I make this smoothie most mornings as my drink. It's refreshing, delicious, and has 2 servings of fruit!
It's very simple. The ingredients are 1 apple, cored, one frozen banana (I buy bananas, peel them, slice them, and put one banana per little baggy to use in the freezer), 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. I use a nutribullet which completely combines everything, it's really really good!
The alternate is "apple pie with vanilla ice cream on top", where you add 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder. I do this after workouts, but find it's just too sweet for me in the mornings.
Note : the banana is to add creamy consistency, try use a big apple to get the more apple flavor.
Let me know what you guys think .

i think this is the key part of your recipe. it sounds delicious but i fear in my regular blender the apple will not smooth out and will be chunky and gross.0 -
