    Hey I am just turning 20 in December, and I am in the middle of a sabbatical from school. It can be so hard not to snack when I'm working in an office setting. I used to work at a gym as a Fitness Advisor and had a personal trainer for about 6 months. So I can definitely help motivate people as well. But sometimes it can be really hard to not snack and go over board. If you want to text me, just add me as a friend! I live in Canada btw.
